EvenBalance claims to have fixed the PB 9014 kick bug

After the mass PB 9014 kicks today afternoon which forced me to turn PB off on the server, I went to EvenBalance's (PunkBuster authors) site and checked the ET support page:

As I had expected, they released 2 updates today that address the 9014 kick bug. Let's hope this is the end of that nightmare.

Version 1.778 of the PB Server for ET has been released to our PB Master Servers for auto-update and to our website download page. This version further addresses kicks for "Losing Key Packets" with code #9014.

Version 1.777 of the PB Server for ET has been released to our PB Master Servers for auto-update and to our website download page. This version addresses a bug that was causing erroneous kicks for "Losing Key Packets" with code #9014.

If you are still getting kicked, update your PB client manually with PBSETUP:
