All those game settings and tweaks are already included in my base autoexec.cfg config file. Download it here:

Edit the autoexec.cfg file to set your monitor's resolution and keep an identical copy of the file on the etmain and jaymod directories.

Add the parameters below to the game's launch options on the Steam/GOG client and/or to the target section of the game's shortcut:

+set fs_game jaymod +set com_hunkmegs 192 +set com_soundmegs 128 +set com_zonemegs 128 +exec autoexec.cfg +connect et.noobsforever.net:27960

If you already have the game installed and want to install and run it from Steam or GOG, you'll need to copy the items below from your current install to the game's Steam/GOG installation directory:

1 - etmain: your etkey file. You may keep the new etkey file created by the Steam/GOG installer, but then you'll lose your XP, skills and all server privileges you might have.
2 - etmain : all the .pk3 map files (or let them download again automatically).
3 - etmain and jaymod: your autoexec.cfg file.
4 - etmain and jaymod: the profiles subdirectory.
