HUD additions

you would add these to your config file

seta cg_drawclock 1 or 2 (1 = 12 hour clock; 2 = 24 hour clock)
Shows the clock (actual time) on the HUD.

seta cg_lagometer 1
Shows the lagometer, a connection-related indicator on the HUD.

seta cg_drawfps 1
Shows the current number frames per second on the HUD.
