Então, as decisões deveriam ser escritas de forma que o cidadão médio pudesse compreender os argumentos do juiz. Mas o que pensar de um sujeito (desembargador) que redige decisão de "habeas corpus" da forma abaixo?

À análise dos elementos cognitivos que compõem o caderno processual, não se me afigura presente a conjugação dos pressupostos legais ao trato preambular demandado. Isso porque o questionamento vertido na presente impetração - inépcia da denúncia e ausência de justa causa à ação penal de origem -, rigorosamente não prescinde de dilação probatória à sua delucidação, certo que a peça acusatória na origem finca-se em elementos de convicção produzidos no corpo do Inquérito Policial nº X/2006 cuja cópia reprográfica sequer aportou ao autuado.

After a deep scientific analysis of all garbage that's been posted in the last 24 hours - the parts where the GoGays make it clear that they've used SpeedDemon (ex-GoGoBrownRanger) just to pay for their server and now that he isn't doing that anymore he is called a retard is really sad, but at least serves to show to everyone involved with the GoGays who they're dealing with - I just have to make a special mention about Ortiran. I really seems that starring this year's blockbusting movie Love Canadian Style was a life changing experience for him, I'm amazed at how sweeter he has become towards others, and I'm giving him a vote.
