Russian law bans swearing in arts and media
Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a law banning all swearing in films, television broadcasts, theatres and the media.

Swearing off bad language: Russia bans cussing in films, books, music
Thinking about making a film? Better leave out the foul language if you want it to be seen in Russia. The same goes for plays. Even rock stars will need to leave their potty mouths at home.

Vladimir Putin has signed a new censorship bill into law, and now artists and filmmakers in Russia may soon find themselves in trouble for using profanity in "literature and arts, mass media products, at concerts, theatrical performances, entertaining events, as well as in films".

I've been saying this since before he invaded Ukraine, he's a delusional Hitler wannabe and he won't stop until he manages to cause some real international damage.
